How To Use:
- Rinse mouthpiece and your mouth before use.
- Using a mirror (or cell phone), compare your teeth with shade guide paper to identify which stage you are in.
- Twist open teeth whitening pen, until the gel flows to the brush.
- Apply the gel evenly on your teeth, both upper and lower. Do not use brush too much gel, as more gel won't give you faster/better results. Use approximately 0.5ml - 0.7ml. Avoid applying the gel directly on your gum or inside of your lips! There will be a burning feeling if you do. This is nothing to be alarmed about, as the burning feeling will dissipate within 24 hours.
- Ensure you rinse thoroughly with water.
- Insert mouthpiece onto teeth and bite down, then turn on the light. Take deep breaths before treatment to decrease saliva production. (Excessive amount of saliva will dilute the gel’s concentration.)
- The whitening device will turn off automatically after 10minutes during blue light mode (15 minutes under blue & red mode). Take it out, rinse the mouthpiece and your mouth with water.
- Compare your teeth with the shade guide paper again to see how many stages you have improved.
- Do not eat or drink anything except water for 30 minutes after you finished the treatment.

If you choose a priority shipping method please know that this fulfillment date is not included in the expected arrival date you may have displayed from our shipping partners.
Wherever possible if your order has been held longer than 3 days due to a back order we do our best to communicate this via email.

Missing your package?
If your package has been marked delivered by the carrier you will need to call/make a claim online with the USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
They may have made an error and your package will be re-directed in a couple days. Be sure to check the community mailbox and if they have left you a key for the larger compartments, check with neighbors as well.
Please send your case number and details of your order to vividbeautyandwellness@gmail.com and we will also initiate a case on our end.
Should they deem the package lost we may be able to confirm new shipping details and re-ship your order, however Vivid Beauty and Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and reserves the right to not replace the package.
