HOW DOES IT WORK?
The In-Studio whitening system consists of both red and blue light spectrums which interact with a peroxide-based whitening gel. Similar to the In-Studio light, the Home Kit has a single blue LED light within a mouthpiece that fits comfortably in your mouth, activating the gel in the exact same way, but with less light power as the In-Studio treatment. During the In-Studio session, the gel will absorb the blue LED light which helps the peroxide molecules to break down faster. The red LED light emits a wavelength that stimulates cellular energy that can help heal small cuts or abrasions in the mouth. When used together, these two lights and the peroxide gel provide a service that both whitens the teeth and heals the mouth in 20-25 minutes.
